Rent Control Rally in Santa Rosa

On Tuesday, May 3, citizens marched through the streets of Santa Rosa from the junior college to City Hall, rallying out front with speeches and chanting, packing and overflowing the City Council meeting where elected leaders voted in favor of rent control and curbs on evictions.

Nils was proud to march with students, rally with laborers, and show solidarity for common-sense solutions to our housing crisis.

Here's a link to the first Press Democrat piece on the recent decision. Stay tuned for more information about this ongoing movement for our right to housing.

Fight, Fight, Fight. Housing is a right!
